This module  provides the students with the knowledge and practice of various therapeutic skills .

By the end of the unit students will be able to: 

• Demonstrate Peripheral joint mobilisation over the upper and lower limb joints  

• Demonstrate various PNF patterns and techniques   

• Demonstrate the mat activities  

• Demonstrate active and passive stretching of muscles  

• Demonstrate soft tissue manipulation techniques

 • Demonstrate the local and general relaxation techniques
